After nearly 30 years of development, it has become a very mature product, and the competition among various manufacturers has also become fierce. Major companies that produce lotion pumps have also added many additional functions to attract the attention of end customers and form new profit growth points. The basic functions of the lotion pump head are as follows:

1. Sealing function. All consumers believe that they do not want to accept products whose contents have been leaked/leaked. After the lotion pump head and the bottle are charged and packaged, the sealing function is one of the important requirements of the bottle product during storage and transportation. For the parameters of the test method (such as vacuum, time, pressure, air pressure, etc.), each company has different control parameters for different customer requirements, and no detailed description is given.


2. Pumping function of lotion pump head. The feature of the lotion pump is that it can pump the same volume of material liquid for consumer use every time, so the pumping function is also one of the important requirements. The manufacturer’s intuitive way to verify this function is to turn on the lotion pump, press the head, and then press the head to the end of the journey, block the water inlet of the main body (cylinder Housing) with the fingers of the other hand, and then release the head to let it Rebound naturally. The skin on the finger surface can show the sensation of being sucked away (usually called "attractive force"), and emulsion can also be added. This is one of the main methods for manufacturers to determine whether the pumping function is complete.

The pumping function of the lotion pump head is usually reflected by two parameters: the number of pneumatics and the pumping volume.


3. Pump output. Refers to the volume of material emitted by the pump each time the consumer uses the lotion pump. As shown in the figure below, after the emulsion pump head is filled with filler, press the volume of the pump material from the head to the end of the movement (movement H), and press the pump to output V=D2 * H/4. Theoretically, after the lotion pump head is fully opened, the volume of the space from the nozzle of the head to the end of the suction tube is divided by the rated pump discharge. The manufacturer will increase the insurance coefficient from 1.1 to 1.3 when setting it. The main influencing factors are the thickness and length of the suction tube and the cumulative tolerance of each part of the lotion pump head.
