The working principle of the inverter is: manually press the pressure handle, the internal volume of the spring cavity decreases, the pressure rises, the liquid enters the nozzle cavity through the valve core hole, and then the liquid is ejected through the nozzle. At this time, when the pressure handle is released, the volume in the spring cavity increases to form a negative pressure. The sphere opens under the negative pressure, and the liquid in the bottle enters the spring cavity. At this time, there is a certain amount of liquid in the valve body. When the handle is pressed again, the liquid stored in the valve body will rush up and spray out through the nozzle.

From the above working principle, the key to a good pourer is to pay special attention to the following aspects:

1. For the glass ball or steel ball under the spring, the seal here is very important, which is related to the upward force of the liquid in the spring cavity. If there is a leak here, a part of the liquid will leak into the bottle when the handle is pressed down, which will affect the spray effect.

2. It is the sealing ring on the upper part of the valve body. If leakage occurs here, the upward force of the liquid will be reduced when the pressure rod is released, causing a small amount of liquid to be stored in the valve body, which will also affect the spray effect.

3. The pressure handle is matched with the valve core. If the leakage is not tight, there will be resistance when the liquid rushes to the nozzle, and the liquid will flow back. If leakage occurs here, it will also affect the spray effect.

4. The nozzle design of the pourer is directly related to the spray effect.
At the opening of some pourer products, a plastic buckle is designed between the liquid outlet and the lower round cover to fix and prevent liquid leakage caused by the rotation of the pourer during transportation. At this point, just remove the plastic buckle and turn the pourer. When the opened shampoo needs to be transported or moved to a far place, you can remove the pourer from the shampoo bottle, press the pourer to the end, rotate the pourer to the opposite direction of the label on the lid, and then Screw the lid back on the pourer, but this process requires a certain amount of effort. Finally, return the pourer to the bottle.

What should I do if the head of the inverter fails to spring?
1. The product of the pourer you just bought rotates clockwise or counterclockwise, so it will automatically pop up. The reason why it can be rotated to open is to prevent leakage. If it does not pop up after rotating, it may be that the indenter is broken and needs to be replaced.

2. When there is only a little left of the product at the end, it can't be pressed out. The tube is very thin and does not have enough pressure. In this way, turn your head over and re-apply that thing. Then, remove the pump head.

3. When the weather is very cold, the pourer may not be squeezed out.
